- A plan-holders list that means something. One registration per contractor, kept consistent across every bid — the record an agency needs for outreach reporting, not a re-typed name each time.
- Addenda that reach everyone. Post a correction or an addition, and every registered plan holder is notified — with a record of who was told, and when.

Sheetsa Bid hasn't launched — this page describes what it's designed to become, not something you can use today. It will be made the same way the rest of Sheetsa is: proven against real agency sets before anything is claimed, not promised first and built later.
